Building on the approval granted by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA)—which includes both the License to Establish (LTE) and License to Construct (LTC)—MB Refinery & Petrochemical Company Limited operates within a strong framework of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
We are committed to developing and executing our 30,000 bpd modular refinery in line with national energy priorities and global operational standards.
